Do you bulk bill?

Our East Branxton clinic bulk bills all patients with a valid Medicare card, except for procedures (procedure fee $50 and iron infusion $100, with no Medicare rebate). Our Emu Plains clinic bulk bills patients with a valid Medicare card. We also accept the DVA Veteran Card. Billing at our Bella Vista clinic is to be confirmed. Please call your clinic.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through HotDoc at East Branxton and Emu Plains, or phone the clinic during opening hours. Online booking for Bella Vista is coming soon.

Do you accept walk-in patients?

Appointments are recommended so we can give you enough time with the doctor. If you need to be seen urgently, please phone the clinic and our reception team will do their best to help.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Telehealth appointments are available for existing patients of our Emu Plains clinic on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

How do I transfer my medical records from another practice?

Ask our reception team for a records transfer form. With your written consent we will request a copy of your health summary from your previous practice. Your previous practice may charge a fee for this.

What languages are spoken at the practice?

Across our practice our doctors speak Arabic, Bangla, Bengali, English, Hindi, Sinhalese, Tamil and Urdu. If you need an interpreter for another language, please let reception know when you book.

Is there parking and wheelchair access?

Yes. Our East Branxton clinic has free on-site parking, wheelchair access and onsite pathology, and is AGPAL accredited. Our Emu Plains clinic has free parking and wheelchair access. Access details for Bella Vista are to be confirmed.

Who do I call when the clinic is closed?

Call the 13SICK National Home Doctor Service on 13 74 25, the after-hours contact for our practice, or healthdirect on 1800 022 222 to speak with a registered nurse.

What should I do in an emergency?

In a medical emergency call Triple Zero (000) immediately or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

How do I get my test results?

Please book a follow-up appointment to discuss your results with your doctor. Results are not provided over the phone by reception staff. If a result needs urgent attention, the practice will contact you.
